Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., and several of its subsidiaries, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on March 10, 2009.  Fleetwood has since sold or closed all of its operating businesses, and is in the process of developing and implementing a plan of reorganization to complete the liquidation of any remaining assets.  Prior to its filing, Fleetwood, which was founded in 1950, had been one of North America's largest producers of recreational vehicles and manufactured homes through its subsidiaries. 

The Chapter 11 cases are pending joint administration under Case No. 09-14254 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (Riverside).  Additional information regarding the bankruptcy cases can be accessed through www.kccllc.net/fleetwood.
